It builds an evidence-backed, branded, editable report draft from the job record: inspection documentation, laboratory results, environmental readings, and the photos you select. The AI assists; a restoration professional reviews, edits, and approves the report before it goes to the customer. Original laboratory documentation stays with the report workflow, and revisions are tracked in report history.

Yes. The job pipeline shows amounts owed and paid, so you can see where money is sitting across open jobs. Automated payment reminder sequences are on the roadmap, not live today.

Mold is where Restoration Workflow goes deepest today, with inspections, samples, laboratory results, photos, and customer-ready reports. The operational layer — customer and job records, pipeline, scheduling, proposals and e-signatures, field documentation, and calculators — supports water and fire restoration work as well. Deeper water drying documentation and fire contents workflows are planned.

No installation is required to use Restoration Workflow in a browser. An optional native iPhone app is also available for authorized users of onboarded companies.
