RestorationWorkflow came out of running a mold testing and remediation company in Charleston. That is why the pipeline has an Awaiting Lab stage, why a cassette is a first-class record with a serial and a chain of custody, and why inspection-only and remediation are separate job types. Generic field-service software assumes a technician arrives, does the work and leaves. Mold work does not close that fast.
